SCENE 1:

Narrator:

Hyderabada ki galliyan mein rehti thi ek ladki…

12(baarvi) pass karke ghar pe thi woh baithi.

Angrezi college mein jaane ki na thi usme himmat,

ghar pe bhi thi paison ki killat

Jab kabhi Interview mein poochta usko “What is ur name”?

Bechaari ruk ruk ke bole “Main hun Kkkkkkk …..Kiran maám (make it sound like Mame)”

MAA: Ghar chalana bohut mushkil hora hai... sirf ek  kamayi pe  6 log kaise jeyenge...

BETI(KIRAN): baarvi to pass hogayee...Aage tho padh nahi sakthi. Kaash mein kuch kar paathi...

NARRATOR: Ek din dekha usne door se ek advertisement,

Likha tha Uspe Ban Jao SMART with SMART CENTER admission!

KIRAN: Aakhir Ye smart center hota kya hai?

Chorus/NARRTAOR:  Ek Idea joh Zindagi badal deta hai…. Smart Center woh hai joki ek Lifestyle bana deta hai!

Smart center sikhaye aapko angrezi mein bol chaal, sikhaye baithne uthne ka tareeka aur Bataye appko Interview mein pass hone ki tarkeeb!

KIRAN: Ye sab ke liye paise…. Intezaam karun kaise??

Chorus/Narrator:  Na koi admission test aur na  koi Fees… Ek baar try karke dekho bas please!!

KIRAN: Lekin…. Kya main ye sab kar paungi….???? Pass ho paungi?

Chorus/Narrator:  Rakho man mein Vishwas  …tabhi poora hoga ye task!

KIRAN: Ye to mere liye hi bana hai! Main kal hi jaungi wahan!!

CHORUS WITH CLAPPING:

SEENU din raat karta tha mazdoori

lekin phir bhi zaroorat nahi hoti thi poori

Ek din dekha usne door se ek purana dost

Dekhkar udd gaye uske Hosh!

SEENU:  Arre Abdul ! ye kahan se aa raha hai tu…, naya scooter le liya kya?… Kya  koi lottery lag gayi hai teri?

ABDUL: Lottery nahi bhai Naukri lag gayi hai meri!

SEENU: Lekin …..tu bhi to mere tarah dasvi paas hai….tujhe bhi computer nahi aata…tujhe kisne chuna (choose kiya)?

ABDUL: Maine khud hai chuna: Tech Mahindra ke SMART CENTER ko… yahan padhate hai English aur computer … aur phir milta hai mauka naukri ka…

SEENU: Kya sach?

ABDUL: haaan!!!! Lottery ke liye to ticket khareedna padta hai lekin Tech Mahindra ke SMART center ke liye koi kharcha nahi …bas time pe padhai mere bhai!

SCENE 3: At SMART CENTRE

Three ppl(above 2) are sitting...some 2/3 teacher welcome them… and say:

ALL 3 together: Welcome to Tech Mahindra SMART CENTER

TEACHER 1: Main sikhaunga aapko computer vigyan

TEACHER 2: Main aapko bataungi Englsih mein bola

TEACHER 3: Aur main samjhaunga ki kaise naukri ke interview dena chahhiye…

KIRAN& SEENU: thank you smart center!!!… banaya mujhe kushal … main life mein hui Awwal…

CHORUS/NARRATOR:  SMART center mein karo aaj hi entry, lag jayegi aapki bhi lottery…is shishka se karo na inkaar, isse ban jayega jeevan ka aadhaar!

ABOUT SMART

Launched in 2012, the SMART programme begins with a Foundation Course, which trains youth in:

• Spoken English
• Basic IT and Computers
• Workplace Readiness – soft skills

There are ten trades of study offered under SMART programme during the specialising stage:

• Customer Relationships and Sales (CRS)
• Hospitality
• IT-Enabled Services (ITES) / Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
• Lab Assistant
• Multimedia
• Nurse Aides
• Office Administration
• Pharmacy Assistant
• Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
• Tally

In 2014-15, the Foundation ran 43 SMART centres at 10 locations. In the current year, the Foundation has expanded the SMART portfolio to 46 centres in ten cities – Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune and Visakhapatnam.

There are over 12,500 beneficiaries on the SMART programme.
